Loaded with vitamin C, strawberries are very helpful for anti-aging.

In particular, the vitamin C is beneficial in remedying dry skin, which can contribute towards early wrinkling.

Typically, people will consume the strawberries whole, add them into a smoothie, or mash them up to use as part of a facial mask recipe.
