Leg training is one of the most important ways you can improve your health, and weight, in just a very short time!

I have short legs and they’ve always been a bit more “girthy” than my friends’.

That’s why I’ve learned how to train my legs to get lean muscle, and fight cellulite!

These are all easy enough to do at home, without the use of complicated equipment!

1.  The “Goblet Squat”

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.

Hold a kettlebell or dumbbell like a goblet, vertically in front of your chest.

Lower your body as far as you can.  Pause for two seconds, then push back up to standing position.

2.  The “Pistol Squat”

Stand holding your arms straight out in front of you.  They should be parallel to the floor.

Now raise your left leg off the floor and squat your body down as low as you can go.

WARNING: This may take MONTHS before you can squat as low as the woman in the photo above!

Pause when you’re as low as you can go for 2 seconds, then slowly lift back up.

Advanced: Once you master the pistol squat, you can add weight to really take it to the next level!

It sounds like a fun dance move, if you ask me!

But albeit fun, this is a no joke leg workout.

First hold a kettlebell straight out in front of your waist with both hands in an overhand grip.

Now bend at the knees and the hips until your body forms a 45-degree angle to the floor.

Swing the kettlebell between your legs, then thrust your hips forward, straightening your knees, and swing the kettlebell back up to the starting position.

Try to do 3 sets of 10, depending on how heavy your kettlebell is.  You can always add weight and repetitions as you improve your strength, and balance!
