5 Myths About How To Reduce Cellulite

There are few things that men and women complain about more than cellulite.

One thing I’ve done to reduce the appearance of cellulite is to focus less on long, slow jogging for exercise and more on strength training.  For instance, instead of running three miles, I prefer to do squats, yoga, or lunges with weights to focus on building muscles in my legs.
