Cabbage Slaw

1.  Slimming Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 1 green cabbage, sliced thin into ‘strings’
  • 1/2 red cabbage, sliced thin into ‘strings’
  • 3 carrots, sliced with vegetable peeler
  • 1 bunch scallions, rolled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Sugar in the raw
  • 1/4 cup black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup traditional (blond) sesame seeds
  • 3-inches ginger, grated with microplane
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Add cabbage, carrots, red onion, and scallions in large bowl
  2. Mix Ginger, Soy Sauce, Peanut butter, sesame seeds, vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil together
  3. Let cabbage soak for maximum 1 hour before serving in order to remain crunchy.

Cabbage is used to treat headaches, stomach ulcers, constipation, obesity, heart disease, and Alzheimer’s disease.  And red cabbage has been used to fight various cancers!

This non-creamy coleslaw is absolutely delicious and powerful in the fight against disease, and fat!

Iced Tea with Orange and Mint

2.  Slimming Lemon Mint Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 Liter Slimming Tea
  • 8 Organic Mint Leaves
  • 1 Sliced Lemon
  • 1 Sliced Lime

Directions:

  1. Mix Tea, Lemon, Lime and Mint in Pitcher
  2. Chill for 6 hours before serving.

Cold Organic Frozen Strawberry Fruit Popsicle

3.  Slimming Strawberry  Popsicles

Ingredients:  

  • 1 lb. Organic Strawberries
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 Cups Concentrated Slimming Tea (I use 6 bags in 2 cups H2O steeped for 4 minutes)
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:

  1. Cut 1/4 of your strawberries into 1/2 inch chunks
  2. Puree the rest of the fruit with the lorange juice and Slimming Tea.
  3. Add puree to chunks of strawberries and add vanilla extract.
  4. Pour into favorite popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours.
