Lately I’ve been experimenting with lots of different delicious smoothie recipes at home.

This summer I’ve had a LOT of guests in my house.  And they don’t always go for the raw spinach juices that I do.

I like to make smoothies that are creamy and savory, but also nutritious and full of vegetables.

Minty Green Protein Smoothie…


  • 2 Handfuls Spinach
  • 6-8 Mint Leaves

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • Ice


  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with mint or celery and enjoy!
