Fermented Foods Are A Revelation…

If you’re like me, you hear a LOT about foods and supplements you “should” be taking every day.

And sometimes it’s just easier to eat what’s fast, cheap, and often low-quality.

But what happens then?

Your waistline expands… your brain gets foggy… and you may even battle with illness you would otherwise have been able to kick!

That’s why I’m a huge fan of fermented foods.

Probiotics from fermented foods can help you lose weight.

Researchers have found that women lost TWICE as much weight as their non-probiotic peers by consuming Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, a strain of lactic acid bacteria in probiotics.

Merely by taking two probiotic pills per day over 12 weeks, they lost a total of 11 POUNDS!

The study’s press release indicates:

“[P]robiotics may act by altering the permeability of the intestinal wall. By keeping certain pro-inflammatory molecules from entering the bloodstream, they might help preventing the chain reaction that leads to glucose intolerance, type 2 diabetes, and obesity.”

It may not be a problem with your brain… it may be your gut!

Antibiotics, sugar in our diets, processed foods and stress in our lives can all cause an imbalance of our gut flora.
